USEFUL INFORMATION

BOOKING PROCESS

You can order or inquire for a package, just by completing the online order/inquiry engine on the specific page of the package or camp. The following pages will pop-up:

  • STEP 1: Select package and dates
  • STEP 2: Select options
  • STEP 3: Provide info on yourself and your team/family members. In case you have specific add-ons about the package or options, include them in the free text section.
  • STEP 4: Confirm details and submit the enquiry/order.

 

ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE ORDER, WE WILL:

  • Process it asap.
  • Adapt where necessary.
  • Apply discounts, if applicable (early booking or group booking).
  • Verify availability.
  • Email you a final offer with instructions for payment the deposit.

 

IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH OUR OFFER:

  • Please proceed with deposit payment.
  • Once we received the deposit, we will consider your booking ‘confirmed’!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The booking becomes valid only after receipt of the deposit / advance payment, in most cases ca. 30% of total price.
  • Upon receipt of this deposit, Sun-o will send you an email to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining amount will be requested between 4 and 2 weeks before departure to destination.
  • At least 1 week before your travel, Sun-O will send you a final information email (accomodation, where to pick-up the maps, etc).
  • In case of annulation, Sun-O’s philosophy is to refund you as much as possible: we target to refund 70% of the package cost for annulations done 15 days ahead of departure. Annulations done within 15days of departure, it will really depend on what we can recover from our suppliers.
